Happy Birthday, Piper!

Our sweet baby girl turned 7 on April 25th. We celebrated the day by taking her to see the Hannah Montana movie and then out to lunch at Mimi's Cafe. Of course before any of that could happen we had to open presents! Dax struggled to keep quiet and not give away what was wrapped up inside the pretty paper, he did much better this year that last year.

On the top of her list this year was an ugly doll. She was very happy to open up this "cute" lil guy.

It was so nice to spend the morning with our little girl. She has grown up so much this past year and we are continually impressed with her. She loves to read, sing, put on performances, ride her razor and create art work. She is a wonderful big sister and is so excited to have a new baby to love on the way. I love spending time with her and watching her grow into who she is.

These were taken after the movie. Ask Matt how often he cried, the big softy!

After lunch, Grandma and Grandad picked Piper up and they headed off to MOSI (Musem of Science and Industry) for the afternoon. Looks like they had a great time!

After a fun day at the museum they headed to Chili's for dinner. From sun up (I think she actually woke up around 6 am!) to sun down Piper had a full day surrounded by some of the people that love her most. It was a long day and by the time she was tucked in it didn't take long for her to drift off to sleep.
